The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has an online visa services platform, Enjaz. Whether you applied for a working visa, visit visa, Umrah visa, or any other type of Saudi visa, you can use this platform to verify your status — in just a few seconds!
Guide to Checking Your Saudi Visa Status Online
Before anything else, be sure to have your passport on hand, since you will need some information to check your Saudi visa status. As soon as you’re ready, follow these steps:
- Go to the Visa Services Platform (Enjaz) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website by clicking this link.
- Change the language from Arabic to English for easier understanding.
- Enter the following information into the corresponding boxes: (a) passport number; (b) visa type — resident visa, Umrah visa, transit visa, etc.; (c) image code or “captcha” to determine whether the user is human; (d) nationality; and (e) visa issuing authority — or the city where you applied for the visa.
- Click the “Search” button.
- A new page will show your Saudi visa status. If it shows all the visa details, this means that your visa has been issued. But if the page shows an “error message,” this means that your visa has not been stamped yet.
Alternative Method for Checking Saudi Visa Status
Aside from the above procedure, here is another way to verify your Saudi visa status online:
- Go to the Visa Services Platform (Enjaz) homepage by clicking this link.
- Change the language from Arabic to English.
- On the right side of the page, there is a Query box. Click “Searching for” and then choose “Electronics Services.”
- Enter your application number, passport number, and the image code.
- Click the “Search” button. A new page will show your Saudi visa status.
